Visita de los alumnos de la Universidad Europea

Los alumnos del Grado en Fundamentos de Arquitectura de la Universidad Europea Canarias, visitaron el pasado lunes 7 de noviembre de 2016 la sede de GRAFCAN en Tenerife donde recibieron una presentación general del Sistema de Información Territorial de Canarias a cargo de personal técnico de la empresa.

Mostraron mucho interés por IDECanarias, los servicios WMS que se ofrecen y cómo utilizarlos sobre plataformas CAD o GIS, así mismo tambien se profundizó en la información LIDAR y los usos que tiene sobre el campo de la arquitectura. Finalmente recibieron formación sobre los servicios de Planeamiento Urbanístico y de Ordenación de Espacios Naturales que existen en IDECanarias. Se les explicó la normalización como proceso fundamental que posibilita la explotación homogénea de la información, vieron la norma técnica y el ciclo del mantenimiento del planeamiento vigente, desde la redacción hasta la aprobación y explotacion del mismo.
