GRAFCAN colabora en el estudio sobre el clima de la ionosfera en Canarias

GRAFCAN ha colaborado con la empresa GMV AEROSPACE AND DEFENCE S.A.U. (GMV) en el "Estudio de amenaza ionosférica en Canarias para estaciones GBAS GAST-C (AMENICA-3)" dentro del marco del SITCAN. El suministro de la serie histórica de ficheros Rinex de la Red GNSS de Canarias, correspondiente al intervalo 2009-2015, ha resultado de gran utilidad para el proyecto que la empresa GMV ha elaborado para la entidad pública empresarial ENAIRE adscrita el Ministerio de fomento del Gobierno de España.  El objeto de dicho estudio ha sido el análisis de los gradientes ionosféricos durante el ciclo solar actual (desde 2009 a 2015) en Canarias y su resultado puede consultarse a través del documento "Iono threat analysis in Canary Islands".
